Yoga for Relaxation classes
Wednesdays 6.30pm – 7.45pm (Booking essential for evening class as limited space)
Thursdays 9.20am- 10.30am (Morning class – Term Time only)
Cost: $12 casual or $50 for a 5 trip ticket
Private bookings available
You can book private one on one sessions or small group sessions. Prices start from $55 for 1 hour private session.

Need a little relaxation? Wednesday evenings class will be the perfect opportunity to unwind and de-stress. We will be tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system through mindful movement, restorative yoga and yoga nidra. Suitable for all, beginners, advanced and anywhere in between. Bring your own snuggly blanket and yoga mat if you prefer.
