Unlocking Hormone Harmony & Vitality through nutrition and yoga

We have the exciting opportunity to get together in this local venue to learn how we can better balance our hormones around an often challenging time of menopause and peri menopause.
The morning will begin with Kim Cunnington, naturopath and nutrition expert, sharing her expert advice on how you can use nutrition to help alleviate the symptoms associated with menopause and peri menopause. There’s then an opportunity to have a Q&A time with Kim over a cup of tea and a nutritious and nourishing home baked snack.
After morning tea Em Allwood (Yoga with Em) will lead you in a gentle flowing yoga practice, specifically designed for balancing your hormones.
