I used yoga nidra to help me get through the first lockdown over a year ago when I felt anxious and couldn’t get into my physical yoga practise.

My Swami taught me that yoga nidra is more energy restoring than sleep. From the first time I experienced it I just loved it. It is a total relaxation experience.

This is great if you need to recharge the batteries and don’t feel like doing a physical routine. Maybe you would like better quality of sleep or just 20 minutes to yourself to relax, replenish and restore body and mind.
