Just thought I’d putting a little something up here to share my latest offering. I made a short yoga sequence for neck and shoulders. My sister in the UK got a sore shoulder from doing lots of DIY on her home. I was wondering what I could do to to let her know I was thinking of her from New Zealand, apart from writing her a message. That’s when I had the idea to make a short yoga sequence to help soothe discomfort in the neck and shoulders!
So this short video is for my sister and anyone who might need aches and pains in the neck and shoulders soothed. Its great for preventative care too, to keep the neck and shoulder muscles stretched and ’happy’. I love to use many of these stretches to warm up before a longer yoga practice personally and when I’m running restorative yoga classes or energising vinyasa flow sessions.
