Feeling Nourished

The weekend that was ‘Nourish’. Spending time with these wonderful women and working alongside the fabulous Art Therapist Pat Hay was an absolute honour. So heart warming to see connections and friendships made on this retreat whilst women take time out to nourish themselves.

Nourishment was found through; connection with others, expression through art, yoga nidra, yin yoga, restorative yoga and mindful movement. Not to mention the heart warming food and blissful surroundings of Peppers Parehua in Martinborough. I will certainly return there to do it all again. Actually, planning to return this August and can’t wait. Mind, Body and Soul Retreat 21st August 2021
