Today I started my day with a gratitude meditation. Woah, what a way to start the day. Meditate, feel great. It really works!
I used a guided meditation from https://yogainternational.com/ this morning but really, if you want to get going just google ‘gratitude meditation’ and there’s plenty out there to choose from. A gratitude meditation doesn’t have to be long, mine was only 10 minutes this morning but worth every second. This meditation practice is not only about thinking thoughts of gratitude for all we have in our life but actually feeling them and then the idea of radiating these good vibes.
If you are thinking of incorporating a new healthy habit into your life then gratitude meditation is my number one recommendation.
