I hope everyone is doing OK? Here in New Zealand the whole Nation is in level 4 lockdown, which means the whole nation must stay home. Pretty much similar to many places across the world right now. I thought it might be beneficial and comforting for people to be able to do some yoga and meditation from their own homes right now. So, I have decided to set up 5 sessions, each one different but all with the aim of providing some relaxation, connectedness and comfort for body and mind. Here’s what I have in mind:
The Seven-Thirty Sessions
• 5 evening sessions
• Half an hour long
• Each evening is different but all are based around yoga and meditation teachings.
First session Friday 27th August @ 7.30pm (New Zealand Time) to and including Tuesday 31st August
• All sessions take place from the comfort of your own home via Zoom
• The aim of the session is to experience; connectedness, deep relaxation and peacefulness.
• Sessions will be recorded and available to participants to play back later and enjoy again in your own time.
Cost – $25 NZD for all 5 sessions.
If you can’t make one or miss an evening you will have access to a recording of the session to play back in your own time.
